E-learning account, modules and LMS usage information including username, picture, preferences, completions of modules and tasks, flow or study, assignment grades and similar study patterns.

Billing & payments information, proofs of identity, business & VAT numbers. We do not store any credit-card information.

We do not collect any special category data or sensitive personal data, as defined by the GDPR.

To enable the purchase of our services and products, satisfactory delivery of our services to our customers as well as billing and collection from our customers.

Per the Israeli privacy law and the GDPR you have the right to access and request a copy of the information we collect about you (in digital form, against a processing fee) and have your information updated, deleted, modified, or excluded from being processed and you have the right to withdraw your consent you have provided us. You have the right to not be contacted by us further unless we have a binding commercial agreement. You have the right to file a complaint at a relevant authority relating to any of the above.

You have the right to reject our website cookies and to use your browser functionally to disable and delete cookies, but this may limit some of your interactions with our website.

We share, with external entities (3^rd party bodies), only the specific information required for the following purposes:

Required by law for payment, taxation, regulatory, insurance, security, and our legal protection. These include payment, lawyers, accountancy, and insurance providers as well as government agencies.

In some special circumstances (for example market research) we will ask your specific permission to share your information for that specific defined purpose.

Any information shared will be securely transferred. The 3^rd party body receiving said information, will adhere to the same level of protection and privacy we provide.

Information shared by you on our social media or external platform pages is subjected to these channels and platforms' own privacy policies, for which we have no control.

As our company operates internationally, we may transfer, from time to time, some of the information we collect to other countries.

The information that we transfer internationally, may be transferred to countries that have different privacy and data protection laws than Israel or the EU. These include countries such as USA, East-Asia, India, China and more.

How Long We Keep the Information

We keep the information collected only as long as it is necessary for the purposes outlined above in section 4, for keeping our mutual agreements, and as required by the law (for example 7 years of transactions' information for taxation purposes).

Other information we have collected about you will be deleted after 12 months.

We do our outmost to protect and secure the information we have collected about you.
