The learning module is at an introductory level. No professional background is required, except for a good command of English. It is important to know that all texts in this module are in English only, while at this stage the narration is in Hebrew only. In the near future, we will produce a version in which the narration will also be in English.
The duration of the entire learning module, a total of 9 units, depends on the individual pace and depth of implementation, but the net duration of the recorded content is approximately 3 hours (179 minutes). This time does not include what is required to complete the personal assignments.
Personal assignments are distributed throughout the learning module, (some of which are intended for a specific target audience) and include 45 different activities. We estimate that completing all activities requires approximately 5–7 hours of focused work, in addition to the duration of the learning module itself.
A reasonable estimate of the total time required for in-depth study of the learning module is approximately 10 focused hours spread over several weeks.

The learning module we provide here is in-depth, practical, and unique. We combine management theory with expertise and practical, real-world experience, in order to fill a gap in the training market in the field of international sales management. The uniqueness of the learning module is based on:
1) Focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), recognizing resource limitations, and an emphasis on efficiency and prioritization.
2) A management approach based on a unique professional map that includes 6 management levels, enabling those working in the profession to identify areas for improvement.
3) Relevance to the modern world, with reference to current trends and challenges and an emphasis on the critical importance of cultural differences in international sales.
4) An applied approach to performance improvement through the integration of personal assignments for assimilating the material and creating a personal work plan.
Preparing a professional and high-quality learning module requires investment and effort. We have placed emphasis on the quality of the deliverables, the quality of the content, and the quality of the learning experience. The deliverables are relevant and practical for those engaged in international sales. Their direct purpose is to improve personal and business performance. The content we provide is also practical and unique.
The knowledge we share is based on careful preparation that included identifying sources, gathering information, conducting research, and integrating insights from various sources, as well as on the personal experience of the instructor and others. This practical experience was accumulated over decades in the field, across a wide range of countries, markets, and industries.
We use a training method that we developed and adapted specifically for the e-learning environment. The method is based on accepted principles and on our many years of experience in training in general and in online learning in particular. The learning module is based on a logical and structured framework, layer upon layer, and includes multisensory learning that combines audio, video, texts, diagrams, models, and interactive elements. Each unit begins by linking to the previous unit and presents the unit objective and content. The unit ends with a short summary, personal assignments, and linking the next unit.
Our goal is for the learning to be effective, efficient, and especially enjoyable. We are, of course, not free from errors, and we would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative, including comments, suggestions, and ideas for additional topics. You may contact us by email at marketing@proxy-ms.co.il.
We also ask that you complete the feedback questionnaire located here. Completing the feedback questionnaire (it is not a test), is a necessary but not sufficient condition for receiving the certificate of completion.
